From IRIS curriculum, three types of activities can be therefore be implemented:

1. Hybrid face-to-face training (HFFT) - These include its own accreditation process to guaranty its quality (see below illustration).

2. Advanced diplomas - At the end of each thematic module an advanced diploma will be awarded. Each of those module can be done either from distance though the eLearning or in face-to-face hybrid training.

3. Masters in Electoral Cycle Management (MCE) - After the completion of all the 14 available modules, the writing of a dissertation and passing the necessary examinations, a Masters in Electoral Cycle Management will be awarded. The MCE is in line with European standards for education.
